The first stage in the manufacturing of garments is the cutting and it is done with imported autocutter(Orbito) with the cutting capacity of 25,000 Pcs per day.

Our cutting department is equipped with the latest cad system for pattern designing and grading.It helps us reduce fabric wastage and enhance fabric's usability. Manual laying and cutting production runs in parallel to ensure the needs of the stitching sections are met.

Our production team's primary goal is to enhance productivity. By using operations layouts, technical and professionally trained and skilled manpower, latest techniques and machinery, we achieve the targets with quality standards. This gives us the ability to produce many types of garments simultaneously with a large capacity of production per day.

10,000 Sq.ft. sewing floor equipped with 50 latest machines such as single needle lock stitch machines, cover stitch machines, flatlock chain stitch machines, button hole machines, buttoning machines, Bartag machines, Elastic attachment machines, snap button automatic machines etc.

The garment is checked thoroughly for defects and if defected are rejected. Needle detector machines are installed to ensure 100 % metal free products. The completed garment is then meticulously checked to ensure it meets the quality norms and according to the buyers specifications and standards as well.

In summary, ensuring high-quality standards and utilizing effective finishing techniques are keys to producing successful textile products in the industry.

Pressing is the last phase of production of the garment, which is also done with latest machines. The garments are steam pressed and vacuum sucked in order to take away any excess moisture in the garment due to steaming. After pressing the garment goes for final packing.

Our Ironing section comprises of Latest Ironing Tables powered with Vacuum and Steam.

After being pressed, the garment is ready to be packed and shipped with labelling according to the buyers specifications. Highest quality standards are followed through expert opinions and guidance to facilitate safe package and delivery.

All the materials in the Warehouse are monitored with the help of Intertory Software and every movements of goods are strictly audited on a daily basis. Our packing division is highly secured metal free zone.
